About the role

About Incodema 3DIncodema 3D is a metal additive manufacturing company producing precision parts for demanding industries like aerospace and defense. We're building a culture grounded in collaboration, respect, and integrity, where people are trusted, supported, and able to see the direct impact of their work.
About the Role: Every part we print starts with powder. As our AM Inventory Specialist, you'll own the full lifecycle of the metal powders, consumables, and maintenance parts that keep our machines running. What You'll Do: Manage powder from receipt to retirement. Maintain complete chain-of-custody records for every powder lot, including certificates of conformance, material test reports, and sieve analysis data. Keep inventory accurate. Track powder usage, on-hand quantities, and reorder points in our ERP/MES systems, and partner with finance on monthly material usage audits. Support production. Track powder through multiple build cycles and manage sieving and refresh processes so material meets engineering specifications and customer requirements. Uphold quality standards. Ensure materials meet ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements, monitor properties such as particle size distribution and chemical composition, and quarantine non-conforming material. Plan consumables and maintenance supplies. Track operational and maintenance consumables and build proactive procurement schedules so our machine fleet always has what it needs. Drive waste reduction. Handle spent and out-of-spec powder in line with environmental regulations, coordinate recycling documentation with waste vendors, and identify lean opportunities to cut waste and cost.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
