Title Closing Services, LLC. Hiring a Title Closing Advisor ITitle Closing Services, LLC. is hiring a Title Closing Advisor I for the Northwest/Central NJ territory. This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside within the assigned territory. The Title Closing Advisor will play a vital role in expanding the Company's client base and promoting the title insurance services. The position is responsible for engaging potential clients, building relationships and ultimately driving sales growth. The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 (annually) plus commission. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications. The Title Closing Advisor I is responsible for the sale of title insurance offered by the Weichert Title Group. The position develops an active pipeline of leads from assigned Weichert Companies as well as generating new business outside of the Weichert real estate footprint. The Title Closing Advisor I works in conjunction with other team members to secure new business for the Company. Secures title insurance orders from a variety of customers including realtors, attorneys, loan officers, banks, lenders, investors, and buyers through team and individual efforts. Manages the title sales activities within assigned Weichert Sales Office territory, including monitoring the order pipeline from order entry to closing. Works in conjunction with assigned Weichert partners, participates in weekly huddle calls, periodic office meetings, and other events to build and maintain prosperous relationships with fellow members of the team in order to generate new business opportunities. Sells title services to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives. Monitors individual performance on a daily basis to ensure objectives are met. Responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting. Develops efficient sales and marketing efforts and processes to drive sales efforts. Ensures all customers are effectively communicated with and shares desired service objectives with the operations team. Builds and maintains relationships through sales initiatives including frequent networking, event management, new relationship on-boarding, order completion, and customer retention. Delivers presentations at sales office meetings and to new customers. Partners with the Operations Team, and the Regional Residential Sales Teams to build trusted partnerships and to achieve targeted sales goals. Provides necessary support to communicate with all parties. Adheres to all Title workflows through the use of the Title's systems, tools and processes. Attends meetings as scheduled by the Sales Manager and/or other management staff as deemed appropriate. Performs other duties as assigned. Education, Certification, and
