Responsibilities: Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art with precision and artistry Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice on nail care, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience Stay current with industry trends including new techniques in nail care, color theory applications, and the latest nail art styles Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual client needs and preferences Support the salon’s overall cleanliness and organization, adhering to health regulations and safety standards Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and client loyalty

Requirements: Proven experience working as a Nail Technician within the beauty industry, with a strong portfolio of nail designs and techniques Active and current License with TDLRKnowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and health regulations to maintain a sterile workspace Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their preferences Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively Passion for ongoing learning about color theory, nail care innovations, and new beauty trends Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that makes clients feel valued and comfortable Join us in creating stunning transformations while providing top-tier service!
