About the role
This position serves as a key resource for customers and internal teams by resolving inquiries, providing help desk support, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with data analysis and administrative activities. Near Doral, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional and timely customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information through phone, email, and other support channels.
Provide help desk support by troubleshooting customer and internal user issues, documenting requests, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of financial reports.
Create and maintain professional spreadsheets, charts, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications.
Perform other administrative, analytical, and customer support duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in customer service, help desk support, administrative support, data analysis, or a related business environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, sorting/filtering, and charts.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create professional presentations and meeting materials.
