Fastech Precision in Bedford, IN is seeking a Lead Machinist/CNC Operator to join our high-precision shop. You will operate Haas CNC machinery across mills and lathes, read blueprints with GD&T, and plan jobs to keep production on track. You will lead CAD/CAM programming using SolidWorks and Fusion 360, mentor junior machinists, and design fixtures while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers overtime opportunities and a competitive hourly pay range.
