About the role
Providing accounting support for a multi-state company, the full-time Oregon Licensed Senior Accountant will manage project cost accounting, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and analyze accounting and financial records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Ensure compliance with ASC 842, including lease tracking and journal entries
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and conducting account reconciliations
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior accounting function
Experience with lease accounting under ASC 842
Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365
Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
