About the role

Brown Mountain Bodywork, a massage-therapist-owned clinical and sports massage studio in Asheville, NC, is hiring licensed massage therapists who want a sustainable, long-term career treating pain and mobility issues. We provide training and mentorship in clinical assessment, electric lift tables, modern remodeled treatment rooms, generous time between clients, employee status (not 1099), bonuses, CE/licensing/liability reimbursements, and a company-funded retirement plan.

Requirements: valid NC massage therapy license, valid liability insurance, available at least 2 days/week, seeking long-term employment, strong communication skills, ability to work independently, ability to perform up to 120-minute sessions, and stamina for at least 4 hours of massage per day.

Ideal candidate: 2+ years active experience, clinical assessment skills, strong anatomy/kinesiology knowledge, comfort learning new software, interest in therapeutic movement; Thai massage experience a plus.
