About the role

Dallas Power Sports is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support our day-to-day administrative operations. This position is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company and customer information while helping ensure records are organized and up to date.
Responsibilities: Enter and update data accurately in company systems and spreadsheets. Maintain organized digital records and documentation. Review information for accuracy and correct errors when identified. Assist with customer, inventory, service, and order-related data entry. Handle basic administrative tasks and support other departments as needed. Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information. Communicate professionally with management and team members.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace. Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
