The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, from initial discovery and requirements definition to implementation coordination. This role is pivotal in ensuring that client-driven requirements are accurately captured, documented, and integrated into the product release process. The Head of Professional Services will also oversee the Professional Services function, including the project management and business analyst teams, and will be central to maintaining delivery standards, methodologies, and best practices. Applicants must have 8 to 10 years' of experience in professional services, client delivery, or project management leadership roles, with a strong knowledge of the life and annuity insurance industry. The role requires expertise in requirements gathering, discovery facilitation, and BRD authorship, as well as a proven ability to lead teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to engage with technical teams on system architecture are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at continuous process improvement, and collaboration, and will have a background in estimation, scoping, and coordination with product/release management processes.
