About the role

About the Role: Human Domain Solutions (HDS) is hiring two experienced CI Collectors to instruct at JCITA's Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC).JMCCC trains military CI Collectors to identify, detect and counter threats to DoD and U.S. national security. This role goes well beyond classroom teaching. You'll teach advanced collection tradecraft, then run students through realistic field exercises across the National Capital Region, coaching and grading them as they plan and run collection operations on their own. What you learned in operations becomes their standard.
What you'll do: • Teach advanced CI collection operations in the classroom• Plan, run and evaluate scenario-based field exercises• Mentor students one-on-one and grade them against course standards• Keep course material current with operational practice and DoD policy Required qualifications (all five)• Active TS/SCI clearance with current CI polygraph• Graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school• Graduate of MCC, ACICC, JMCCC, DATC, DHOQC or an equivalent IC collection course• CI Collector experience across a full operational cycle• Experience conducting, supervising or instructing CI or HUMINT collection under DoD policy Applicants missing any of these will not be considered.
