Working remotely from home, the part-time Revenue Cycle Consultant will manage billing, claims, and payment processes for multi-site clients, providing expert support to enhance insurance collections and resolve revenue cycle challenges. Key Responsibilities Manage and facilitate revenue cycle workflow for a multi-site client base Handle denials and claim adjudication as necessary, adhering to client needs Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI regulations while maintaining high customer service standards Required Qualifications 2 years of general dental industry knowledge 2-3 years of experience in dental claims management and streamlined billing processes High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus Dental front office experience is a plus Strong interest in learning new dental programs and practice management software
