Job Description
Position: Material Handler
Pay: $21-$22 based on experience
Shift: 1st shift, 6:30am-3pmSaturday morning OT work is available but not mandatory
Location: Franklin, INIntegrity Trade Services is hiring a Material Handler to start immediately at $21.00/hour-$22.00/hour Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
  • Support purchasing, inventory, receiving, and engineering teams
  • Pick up and deliver products with local vendors using company van
  • Create internal repair orders and support flight/stock movements
  • Count inventory, unpack, and receive customer products
  • Ensure accuracy of paperwork and product data throughout processes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment
  • Must pass FAA drug screen and background check
Skills:
  • Forklift and pallet jack operation (certification preferred)
  • Inventory management and cycle counting
  • Shipping, receiving, and product sorting
  • Basic math and MS Office proficiency
  • Attention to detail, safety procedures, and product organization
