Job description: A premier healthcare system is expanding its Orthopedic Surgery team in El Paso, Texas, with two distinct openings at the largest ORS multi-specialty group in Texas — a Pediatric-Focused Orthopedic Surgeon and a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon — both driven by tremendous, sustained growth, not attrition. Both roles share a predictable Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule with 1-2 days in the OR and 3-4 days in clinic, access to 3 Da Vinci robotic systems and state-of-the-art technology, and an essentially 1:1 physician-to-APP ratio that gives you real, consistent clinical support.
