Warehouse Specialist / CDL Driver Tempe, AZ 85281 | $25/hour + quarterly bonus potential Zenith Search Partners is recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Specialist / CDL Driver for a long-established specialty chemical company in Tempe, Arizona. This is primarily a warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, and chemical blending role with some local delivery driving. Most days will be spent supporting warehouse and operations work rather than driving. If you have a Class B CDL but don’t want to spend every day behind the wheel, this could be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do: Transfer chemicals into smaller containers Assist with chemical blending Prepare and stretch-wrap products for shipment Load and unload trucks and common carriers Handle shipping and receiving Operate a forklift after training Repeatedly lift and move bagged material up to 55 lbs Make periodic local customer deliveries Help maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse Required Valid Class B CDLAir brake qualification Ability to repeatedly lift up to 55 lbs Comfortable working primarily in warehouse / operations rather than driving full-time Dependable attendance Strong safety habits Ability to work well as part of a team Preferred Hazmat endorsement Tanker endorsement Forklift experience Warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, distribution, material-handling, or chemical experience Hazmat and tanker endorsements may be added after hire for the right candidate, and forklift operation can be learned on the job. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Daytime schedule Limited overtime Local driving only -- absolutely zero overnights!
