About the role

NexTier is seeking a Sr. Cement Engineer in Midland, TX to support operations, engineering and customer projects. You will mentor junior personnel through pre-job planning, cementing execution, post-job evaluation and contingency planning, ensuring adherence to NexTier standards. You will review cementing designs, interpret data, lead safety and process audits, collaborate with customers and sales to resolve technical challenges and improve service quality across district.
