Job Description: Full Steam Staffing is looking for reliable and hardworking Sorters to join our team in Porterville, CA. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Porterville, CA

Job Responsibilities: Sort and organize products or materials according to company guidelines. Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects. Ensure products are placed in the correct designated areas. Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Assist with other general warehouse or production duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous sorting, warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred. Bilingual communication skills required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
