Business AnalystJob Location: Phoenix, AZJob Type: ContractClient: DXCRate: Depend on ExperienceJob Authorization: US Citizen/ GC /EAD (H4/L2/TN) (( ONLY W2 RATES OPEN ))Job Description:This position is responsible for understanding stakeholder needs and business issues to be addressed in the Claims processing Applications specific to ITS (Inter-Plan System) Home and Host processing.Collaborate with the Product owner to assess changes within ITS releases and upgrades impacting business operations. Assess the client association's release notes, document requirements, and define UAT scope/testing needs.Responsible to work with business SMEs to identify and document changes required in the Claim Application due to ITS releases. Act as point of contact for release notes, requirements and test cases related to ITS upgrades, enhancements, break/fix work and maintenance releases.Work alongside business and technical teams to ensure requirements and solutions conform to departmental, corporate, Association and government standards as specified.
