About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support an adult living community serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Job Details:
Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hrs Per Week, & One Weekend On Call A Month
Location: Arlington Heights, ILSetting: Clinic
Pay Rate: $80k - $90k Annually (exact rate will depend on experience)Patient Population: Adult Only
Bonus: All Work-Related Transportation Is Reimbursed
Responsibilities: Provide nursing services and support to adult residents Monitor health needs and coordinate care Provide medication administration training to staff in accordance with DHS guidelines Support staff with residents’ healthcare needs Maintain accurate nursing documentation (Updated Patient Charts & More)
Requirements: Active Illinois RN license Must have 2 years at a minimum of bedside nursing experience Must demonstrate a compassionate, patient-focused approach Need to have excellent communication and clinical judgment Preferred that the provider have previous experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities This is a great option for an RN looking to get out of the hospital or move away from a physically demanding nursing position while maintaining a meaningful clinical role and enjoying consistent daytime hours.
