About the role

Our client seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead a cross-platform program focused on mobile and web applications within a multi-platform environment. The TPM will drive roadmap alignment, manage complex dependencies across four platforms, and partner closely with horizontal leadership to deliver outcomes on compressed timelines. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Lead cross-platform technical investment planning and ensure architectural alignment toward long-term platform convergence and reuse. Serve as an executive-level escalation point for program risks, influencing technology leaders to make data-driven tradeoffs among speed, cost, and resiliency. Define measurable outcomes for platform success, including availability, scalability, cost efficiency, and developer velocity, and ensure delivery accountability across engineering teams. Manage a mobile and web program on a packed timeline with a short ramp period of two weeks or less. Support horizontal dependency management across four platforms and extend vision beyond a single platform to account for interdependencies. At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs. ~7+ years designing and building solutions using distributed computing or service-oriented architecture. ~3+ years building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud services, preferably AWS. ~3+ years delivering highly scalable products and platforms. ~3+ years of Agile delivery experience. ~ MBA or Master’s in a related technical field preferred. ~ PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred. ~3+ years of people management experience or demonstrated organizational influence as an IC. ~ Experience driving platform standardization across product portfolios or lines of business. ~ Track record building TPM maturity at scale, including operating models, career frameworks, and metrics. ~ Availability during early December for preparation, testing, and releases. Bachelor's degree in a technical field.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
