Location: Onsite role in St. Paul, MN
Pay Range: $60,000 - 65,000 USD/annually
Job Summary: The Invoicing Coordinator will ensure accurate and timely invoices of sales orders and delivery of those invoices to the customer via mail, web site or email. Record sales orders and invoices on each salesperson's sales register. What You'll Do...Provide accurate and timely invoices to customers. Manage and maintain customer web site billing information including passwords. Maintain current and accurate sales register. Review and determine proper billing of freight charges, enter charges on customer orders. Invoice orders that have shipped for Harbor Graphic customers. Prepare invoice packet for filing. Deliver invoices to customer via mail, email or customer web site. Maintain customer web site information files and register on additional sites as needed. Maintain current and accurate sales register, create commission register at month end. Process customer pre-shipment billing request. Perform other duties or task as directed by management.
