About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Manufacturing Manager to lead a multi-shift plastics manufacturing operation across injection molding, extrusion, and assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead supervisors, leads & operators across multiple shifts• Drive OEE, productivity, quality, safety & cost improvements• Manage Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance & Supply Chain• Oversee production budgets, labor efficiency & scrap reduction• Ensure GMP/GDP and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience• 10+ years manufacturing experience; 5+ years leadership• Strong plastics manufacturing experience• Injection molding required; extrusion highly preferred• Lean/Six Sigma preferred• Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus• SAP experience preferred
