Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates to assist customers effectively.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat or digital support environment.
Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
Comfortable using chat software and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
