This role is designed for an attorney who thrives oncomplex deal-making, strategic client counseling, and practice growth.Position SummaryThis mid-sized Dallas firm is known for building long-term strategic partnerships with national organizations. Itstransactional practice manages sophisticated matters across mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, andgeneral counsel services for highly regulated industries. The attorney in this role will play a pivotal role in the direction andgrowth of the corporate practice, with a focus on M&A, corporate governance, deal structuring, commercial agreements,and regulatory and compliance-related business matters.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee a diverse range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, andstrategic investmentsPartner with clients to architect deal structures and expansion strategiesDraft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and high-stakes transaction documentsAdvise on entity formation, governance, and operational contract strategiesCoordinate due diligence and closings while managing internal teams and external advisorsServe as a primary point of contact for senior leadership within client organizationsCoordinate with the real estate team on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositionsMentor associates and collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and growth initiativesAdditional InformationLocation: Dallas, TXPrimary Location: Downtown DallasPay: $120,000 – $160,000Flexible remote work options are available, with a focus on purposeful in-person collaborationThe firm offers the resources and infrastructure of a large firm without the rigid bureaucracy of BigLaw.
