Job Description
Assembly Technician:
Fort Worth, TX$16/hrWe are hiring Assembly Technicians for a hands-on manufacturing position. This role is a good fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with tools, and able to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble components, kits, and finished products using a variety of hand tools, equipment, and fixtures
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, drawings, schematics, and other production documentation
- Inspect parts and completed work for quality and report or separate items that do not meet specifications
- Prepare and package completed products according to established requirements
- Work closely with other team members to complete daily production goals
- Assist with moving materials and inventory using approved equipment as needed
- Keep workstations organized and maintain a clean manufacturing environment
- Follow all required safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and make adjustments within established procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GEDMechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to distinguish colors and accurately judge distance and position while performing detailed work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive work and sitting or standing for extended periods
- Previous manufacturing, mechanical, assembly, warehouse, or production experience is helpful, but candidates with strong mechanical ability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.#DFWA#ZRFW
