- Pay & Schedule$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Monday - FridayWhat You'll DoAssist install teams on residential plumbing installations and replacements
- Load, unload, and stock materials, tools, and equipment
- Learn proper installation techniques, code requirements, and job site standards
- Help with demo, prep, and cleanup on every job
- Protect customer property and leave every work area clean
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, vehicle, and equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- No prior experience required - hands-on trade, construction, or plumbing experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and a genuine interest in learning the plumbing trade
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates
- Reliable, on time, and coachable
- Must register as a Plumber's Apprentice with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) upon hire - company will assist
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
