About the role
Our client, a global luxury leader , is seeking a Financial Analyst to support workforce planning, headcount reporting, and HR analytics initiatives. This hybrid role in Miami, FL (3 days on-site, 2 days WFH) will partner closely with HR and Finance teams to maintain accurate workforce data, support budgeting and forecasting efforts, and provide reporting that drives informed people and business decisions.
Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze headcount, FTE, workforce, and organizational reporting
Support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Prepare HR dashboards, KPI reports, and workforce analytics for business stakeholders
Track employee movements including hires, terminations, transfers, and organizational changes
Coordinate data inputs and reporting required for compensation planning and budget cycles
Monitor data accuracy across HR systems and reporting tools, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Support HR-related cost tracking, reporting compliance, and audit requirements
Partner with HR and Finance teams to provide reporting, insights, and ad hoc analysis
Assist with process improvements, documentation, and reporting standardization initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, reporting, analytics, or a related field
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, or financial reporting activities
Comfortable working with large datasets and highly detailed information
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through
Experience with HR systems, reporting platforms, or workforce analytics tools preferred
Ability to handle confidential employee and compensation information with discretion
Spanish language skills highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
Salary
$75K - $80K
