About the role
To support the needs of elderly and medically-at-risk individuals, the full-time Emergency Response Call Specialist will answer incoming calls, triage assistance requests, and ensure high-quality customer service while maintaining accurate data in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls by identifying the type of help required and coordinating timely assistance according to established protocols
Ensure professional and caring interactions with customers, resulting in a high level of service
Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system and troubleshoot service issues as needed
Required qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role
Fluency in English with excellent verbal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Windows
Compassion and empathy for the elderly and medically at-risk individuals
