Job Description Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a professional and personable Call Center Agent to join our Cincinnati team. In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, answer questions, provide accurate information, assist with general inquiries, and help ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of our company. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, attentive, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people in a fast-paced professional environment. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with questions, requests, and general information. Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services. Maintain a friendly and professional tone during every interaction. Document customer conversations and update relevant information accurately. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or guidance. Follow established communication procedures and company standards. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer concerns. Maintain organized and accurate customer records. Contribute to team goals while maintaining excellent service standards Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and confident phone presence. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to remain composed and solution-focused in different situations.
