About the role
KeyBank is seeking a Litigation Senior Specialist to independently manage a portfolio of consumer accounts at various stages of litigation across multiple states. You will review pleadings and litigation documents filed in state court, update account status in KeyBank's internal systems, and advise on the best course of action while coordinating with outside counsel.
The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm ET) with hybrid work options in Brooklyn OH or Amherst NY.
