About the role

MCIS is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide strategic analytical support to the Vice President of Operations. You will integrate operational, financial, manpower, productivity, safety, and performance data across BIUs and Regional Construction Districts to enable enterprise‐level decision making. The role focuses on improving forecast accuracy, governance, and transparency while strengthening financial and operational discipline.
