About the role
LAZ Parking is seeking a California-based remote Labor and Employment Counsel to mitigate legal risk across operations in California, handling wage-and-hour, leave, and employment disputes. You will work with Operations, HR, and Compliance to translate disputes into practical policies and training.
As part of the legal team, you’ll develop litigation strategies, manage outside counsel, and report findings to the Executive Committee. Minimum 3 years in CA employment law and a JD are required.
