Field Services Coordinator – Low Voltage

Pay Rate: $28.00–$35.00/hour
Position Overview:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Field Services Coordinator – Low Voltage for a 3-month contract opportunity with potential for extension in Redmond, WA. This hybrid position will support low-voltage and field service projects by coordinating incoming service requests, scheduling onsite work, and facilitating communication between customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting low-voltage services, structured cabling, network infrastructure, telecommunications, IT field services, or similar technical environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage a shared inbox containing incoming service requests and support tickets.
Intake, review, prioritize, and triage new tickets based on project requirements and urgency.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams throughout the service coordination process.
Coordinate and schedule onsite low-voltage and field service work with customers, technicians, and third-party vendors.
Assist with preparing quotes, estimates, and service requirements.
Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), project scopes, and supporting documentation.
Communicate schedules, project requirements, service updates, and changes to appropriate stakeholders.
Track open tickets and follow up with customers and vendors to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within ticketing, PSA, work-order, or service management systems.
Identify and help resolve scheduling, communication, and coordination issues that could impact service delivery.
Support multiple active service requests and projects while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-up.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project coordination, service coordination, dispatch, field services, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and open tickets simultaneously.
Experience managing a high-volume shared inbox, service queue, or ticketing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate between customers, vendors, technicians, and internal teams.
Experience with ticketing, PSA, work-order, or service management systems preferred.
Experience preparing quotes, Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, or project scopes preferred.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience supporting low-voltage, structured cabling, network infrastructure, telecommunications, or onsite IT field services.
Experience coordinating field technicians or third-party vendors for onsite service calls.
Familiarity with basic low-voltage terminology, cabling projects, and field service requirements.
Experience working within a managed services, technology services, telecommunications, or field services environment.
