About the role

Water Transfer Field Laborer As a Water Transfer field laborer, you'll be hands-on in the fieldsetting up, operating, and maintaining pumps, pipelines, and water systems that support Completions activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up/tear down pumps, piping, and related systems
  • Truck spotting.
  • Operate and maintain water transfer equipment
  • Monitor water levels, pressures, and perform equipment checks
  • Follow all Albatross Ventures and Clients customer safety policies and standard operating procedures
  • Communicate clearly and work well in a team
  • Travel to job sites as needed
  • Communicate with supervisor, other Albatross Ventures employees and occasionally with customer and other customer contractors to maximize performance of equipment and operations
  • Complete appropriate documentation and paperwork, including but not limited to, maintaining logs of operating conditions, execution and issues and report any irregularities
  • Other duties as may be assigned
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements
  • Required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to being hired
  • This is a safety sensitive position subject to random drug testing
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to take direction from supervisors, focus attention on details, follow work rules and keep required work schedules. Prior oil & gas or water transfer experience a plus
Physical Demands/Working Environment: Ability to work in outdoors, physically demanding environments
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Overtime & Weekend
