The successful candidate will be responsible for providing analytic support, team leadership, and advisory services in the context of fast-moving litigation and alternate dispute resolution matters. This role requires a professional with an advanced degree, preferably a PhD, in economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field, and at least 10-15 years of relevant full-time work experience.
The Managing Director will be expected to have a strong background in data management, modeling, and diverse analytical methodologies with applications to litigation support. Experience in antitrust, intellectual property, and other areas of litigation is highly valued, as is a proven track record in developing and overseeing analytic projects.
Key skills for this position include demonstrated leadership, strong business acumen, significant project management experience, and the ability to build and lead teams. The role demands a candidate with a solid understanding of economic modeling and/or actuarial analysis, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking, comfortable leading multiple analytic contributions, and have a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude.
