About the role
To achieve sales and growth goals for alternative investments, the remote FINRA Licensed Investment Sales Executive will develop and implement a business plan, collaborate with sales and investment teams, and drive educational initiatives for wealth management advisors across the Central Midwest Region.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of Lincoln Financial's Alternatives platform and represent solutions to wealth management firms and advisors
Organize and execute fund roadshows and field engagement routines to drive sales results
Maintain client relationships and increase financial advisors' awareness of alternative investment products and services Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in alternatives distribution
FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of alternative investments and market trends
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment
