About the role

Senior Project Manager (Construction) - Remote (NYC) Role will be hired remotely, but the candidate must live close to NYC
Responsibilities include: Support Project Director in development of asset renovation budgets and timelines. Manage RFP process for architects and engineers. Review architectural and engineering plans. Coordinate design phase. Manage project budgets and drive project schedules. Visit all construction sites weekly and report on status to Project Director. Support building opening phase - test new MEP systems and appliances and manage the handover process to the Property Management team. Assist Decoration Project Manager and Procurement Manager on FFE installation. Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting to Regional Manager and Management Board. Push sustainability goals and ensure each building meets ESG targets.
Qualifications include:
  • Seeking at least 6+ years of experience within residential commercial real estate construction project management (or owner's rep)
  • Renovations experience/exposure is a major plus
  • Previous experience within multifamily and/or co-living/community driven shared housing is a major plus
  • Spanish speaking proficiency is a plus, but not required
  • Direct collaborative experience working with GCs (General Contractors) is a must
