About the role
You directly shape the SharePoint environment used by a high-impact project management team.
You work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You influence governance, best practices, and future SharePoint expansion across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries.
Support content maintenance, site administration, and user requests.
Determine when to use out-of-the-box vs custom SharePoint solutions.
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Office and company-specific systems.
Gather requirements, document procedures, and communicate updates.
Train and mentor staff on SharePoint use and best practices.
What You BringStrong understanding of governance, best practices, and site structure.
Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
Experience integrating SharePoint with Microsoft Office.
Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
(Preferred) Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure environments.
(Preferred) Familiarity with enterprise platforms like those used at company .
