About the role
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience defining and managing digital merchandising and merchandising for ecommerce and wholesale business for a fashion brand and/or luxury brands
- Extensive experience leading digital merchandising strategies, including product assortment, pricing, promotions, and content optimization for eCommerce and omni-channel platforms.
- Proven experience owning and managing a P&L, with a strong track record of driving profitability and growth through effective merchandising strategies.
- Dynamic leader with a proven ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.
- Skilled at analyzing business performance through data, with the ability to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to quickly build credibility, trust, and strong relationships with peers, business partners, and senior leadership.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt strategies as business needs evolve, with a hands-on approach to driving execution and delivering results.
- This role must be based in either San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY.Ability to travel 30%Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. MBA is a plus.
