About the role
The New York State Legislative Ethics Commission seeks a full-time Associate Counsel based in Albany to assist the Executive Director and Deputy Director in providing guidance on ethics laws to legislators and staff, conduct legal research on Public Officers Law, and review annual financial disclosure filings. The role requires NY State Bar admission, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while preserving political neutrality.

Admitted to the New York State Bar
Strong legal research and written communication skills
