About the role
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology programNJ State license
- Registered by the A.R.R.T. or the N.M.T.C.B., or Registry eligible Maintain requiredBLS through the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of site personnel general orientation and department specific orientation
- Successful completion of IV training class.
- Successful completion of radiation safety, survey and decontamination orientation/training by RSScheduling Requirements:
- Day ShiftPart-Time20 hours per week
- Check, measure and record radiopharmaceuticals prior to administering to patients
- Performs quality controls on equipment and radiopharmaceuticals
- Administers radiopharmaceuticals to patients intravenously, orally or by inhalation
- Performs imaging procedures
- Maintains reliable records under the guidelines of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
- Performs other duties as required by the department
