About the role

Goodwill Of North Florida seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Jacksonville, FL location. This full-time role supports the Store Manager in daily operations, drives sales results, delivers excellent customer and donor service, and ensures staff are trained and performing at expected levels. You will help open and close the store in the Store Manager's absence and coordinate the processing of donated goods, creating a smooth, welcoming shopping and donation environment.
