Job Summary:
CSP has been retained by a reputable company that designs, manufactures, supplies, and installs custom luxury wash-wall systems for commercial construction and fit-out projects across the globe. We are hiring for a Project Manager due to growth, and wanting to build out our US team! The Project Manager owns the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from contract award through manufacturing, shipment, installation, and final closeout. This is a hands-on role that connects the internal design/manufacturing teams with general contractors, owners, vendors, and installation subcontractors. The PM is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, on budget, within scope, and at the expected quality level, while protecting the company's commercial position and margins.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple commercial construction/fit-out projects from award through final reconciliation and closeout.
- Own project schedules, budgets, scope, milestones, risks, and overall delivery.
- Coordinate the transition from order, design, manufacturing, dispatch, field installation.
- Work directly with general contractors, owners, field crews, vendors, and installation subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects moving.
- Review and negotiate subcontracts, including AIA and Consensus
- Docs agreements
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and inspection reports to ensure accurate procurement and installation.
- Coordinate field activities and ensure installation work meets quality and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and tracking for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve project-management processes, reporting, and workflow systems.
- Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial construction - can come from a GC or sub (ground up, fit-out, renovation, ideally involving supply-and-install projects)
- Strong understanding of construction project delivery, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination.
- Experience reviewing construction contracts, change orders, claims, and lien waivers.
- Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Working knowledge of OSHA construction requirements and job hazard analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with GCs, owners, subcontractors, field personnel, and internal teams.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects with sensitive deadlines.
- Comfortable using project-management, spreadsheet, and workflow tools such as Excel
