About the role
LEGO Group in Virginia seeks a Senior LCI Specialist to lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement across the site. You will establish Lean Management Systems, embed CI behaviors, and drive adoption of global standards to improve SQCDP performance. You will coach leaders, run Kaizen events, build capability, and use PowerBI to visualize data and track progress across functions worldwide. This role requires travel and cross-functional collaboration.
