About the role
- Develop new business opportunities with building owners, facility managers, property managers, contractors, engineers, and commercial customers.
- Pursue BAS controls, HVAC controls, building automation upgrades, retrofit projects, maintenance agreements, and service opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that support repeat work and long-term revenue growth.
- Develop relationships with MEP engineers and mechanical contractors to support future project opportunities.
- Identify owner-direct retrofit and energy-efficiency opportunities.
- Maintain consistent sales activity, pipeline development, customer follow-up, and opportunity reporting.
- Coordinate with estimating, project management, service, and operations teams to support successful project handover.
- Represent ABS professionally in customer meetings, site visits, networking events, and industry functions.
