Qualifications: Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN)with an active, unrestricted license in the State of Florida. Minimum of five (5) years of home health leadership experience as a Clinical Manager and/or Director of Nursing is required. Strong working knowledge of Medicare-certified home health operations, Conditions of Participation, OASIS, plans of care, clinical documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrated experience managing and supervising clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other clinical personnel. Proven experience with clinical operations, staffing, utilization management, quality assurance, survey readiness, and performance management. Strong understanding of home health billing readiness and the impact of clinical documentation, physician orders, authorizations, and other clinical requirements on reimbursement. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve clinical and operational issues, and hold staff accountable for performance expectations. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with electronic medical record systems required; Axxess Home Health experience preferred. This is a senior clinical leadership position. Candidates without a minimum of five years of home health Clinical Manager and/or Director of Nursing experience will not meet the minimum qualifications for the role.
