About the role
- Manage complex, frequently changing calendars for 2 MDs and 2 Principals, and set priorities across competing requests
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including portfolio company meetings, investor and client calls, and conferences
- Arrange domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries, and adjust plans when things change
- Prepare and submit expense reports on time and accurately
- Act as the team's main point of contact, handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and discreetly
- Work with the Technology and Technology Value Creation teams on scheduling, logistics, and shared projects
- Keep contact lists, files, and team documents organized and up to date
- Help prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as needed
- Coordinate team events, offsites, and other activities
- Take on ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
- 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in financial services, private equity, investment banking, or a similar professional services setting
- Experience supporting several senior executives at once
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion with confidential information
- Proactive and resourceful; anticipates needs and works independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with expense platforms such as Concur is a plus
- Professional, polished, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
