Take2 is hiring an OT / Controls Engineer who currently holds a minimum of a Secret Clearance. This position is onsite, and it requires you to work out of Chantilly, VA. The Opportunity: Support an Operational Technology (OT) engineering effort in the Chantilly OT Lab supporting a government agency. The team will build, integrate, test, and support industrial control system skids in the lab before delivery to the customer. You will work hands-on with control and automation systems, supporting activities such as controller programming, HMI configuration and development, system integration, testing, and troubleshooting. This role is well suited for an engineer with experience across industrial controls, building automation systems, manufacturing environments, data centers, or other automation and control-system environments. We're looking for someone with a strong controls foundation rather than experience with one specific manufacturer or industry. Experience with platforms from Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Honeywell, JACE, or other control-system OEMs is relevant. This is an onsite-focused position located in Chantilly, VA.You HaveExperience with controls engineering, automation, OT, or industrial control systems Hands-on experience programming and configuring controllers and/or control systemsExperience developing, configuring, or troubleshooting HMI or operator-interface systemsExperience integrating control-system hardware and software Experience testing and troubleshooting automation and control systems Understanding of how controllers, field devices, sensors, networks, and operator interfaces work together within a control environment Experience working hands-on with equipment in a lab, field, data center, building automation, industrial, or comparable technical environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Active Secret clearance Nice If You HaveExperience with Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley Experience with Honeywell control or automation platformsExperience with JACE or Building Automation Systems (BAS) Experience with PLC programming Experience with HMI development Experience with SCADA or other supervisory control platformsExperience with industrial or building automation communication protocols Experience integrating sensors, controllers, networking, and other field devices Experience supporting building automation, data centers, manufacturing, oil & gas, utilities, facilities, or other controls-heavy environments Knowledge of cybersecurity principles related to OT or control-system environments Experience supporting system integration, testing, commissioning, or field deployment
