We are seeking an experienced Wireless Network Test Engineer with strong expertise in WLAN Layer 2Layer 3 networking RF validation enterprise wireless testing and test automation The ideal candidate will have handson experience with WiFi 66E7 technologies network protocol validation performance testing and automation using Python. The role involves designing test strategies building test labs validating wireless and networking features and troubleshooting complex connectivity issues across enterprise environments This aligns with responsibilities commonly associated with senior QATest Engineering and Network Engineering rolesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign develop and execute wireless and networking test plans for enterprisegrade productsValidate WiFi features across 80211 abgnacaxbe standards including WiFi 6 WiFi 6E and WiFi 7Perform RF validation range versus rate RvR roaming coexistence throughput and performance testingValidate Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols including VLAN STP DHCP ARP OSPF and BGPDevelop and maintain Pythonbased automation frameworks for functional and regression testingConfigure and operate traffic generators such as IXIA and Spirent for largescale performance testingAnalyze packet captures using Wireshark and troubleshoot protocollevel issuesBuild and maintain wireless testing labs using physical and virtualized environmentsWork closely with development system and product teams to identify reproduce and resolve defectsCreate detailed test reports defect analysis and validation documentation
