About the role
ALDI in Aurora, IL seeks a Corporate Counsel II - Labor & Employment to advise on employment compliance, OSHA, and workplace safety matters across jurisdictions. You will research, analyze, and provide timely legal guidance to business partners in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will collaborate with Human Resources, Employee Relations, Safety, and Operations, draft memos and agreements, and manage pre-litigation work while aligning with CAMS and company policies.
