Job Full Description Small Engine Technician Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Small Engine Technician for a well-established company in Grand Forks, ND. If you have experience working on small engines and enjoy diagnosing and repairing equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality workmanship and mechanical expertise. Pay$25.00-$35.00/hour, depending on experience ScheduleFull-time Monday-Friday 8am - 5pmJob Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment. Perform repairs on Arctic Cat and Ferris products, including: Snowmobiles Side-by-sides (UTVs) Lawn mowers Complete engine repairs and rebuilds. Repair and replace clutches, wheel bearings, suspension components, and other mechanical parts. Assemble new equipment and perform pre-delivery inspections. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Complete repair documentation and communicate with the service team as needed.
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Small Engine Technician or in a similar mechanical repair role preferred. Knowledge of gasoline-powered engines and mechanical systems. Experience with powersports equipment, lawn equipment, or recreational vehicles is a plus. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a shop environment.
